BOOK

Systemic training based on emotions

This book is a proposal for the optimization of the player in developmental stages of football, where psychological, emotional and neuroscientific concepts are connected with concepts from the systemic theory. The motor action that emerges from a player is due to his/her adaptation to the context, through the constant cycle of perception of the environment, and according to the possible actions offered by the interaction between the player’s capacities, the player’s state and the environment.
